Booking Terms

Booking & payment
Reservations are made through this website and confirmed in our booking system. Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is made securely by card via our payment provider; your reservation is held while payment is completed.
Cancellation & changes
You may cancel free of charge up to 14 days before your arrival date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable. Some discounted or multi-night rates may carry different conditions, which are shown at the time of booking. You can cancel from your booking portal, or contact us via our contact page.
Check-in & check-out
Self check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Arrival details and your door code are provided before your stay — see Before you arrive.
House rules
The apartments are non-smoking. Please treat the space and neighbours with care, keep noise reasonable in the evenings, and leave the apartment tidy on departure. The number of guests must not exceed the booked occupancy without prior agreement.
Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Dúfan Apartments is not liable for personal belongings or for events outside our reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of Iceland.
