Can you invoice our company with VAT and kennitala?
Yes. We issue a proper Icelandic reikningur with kennitala and VAT breakdown, in EUR or ISK, per stay or monthly on account. Payment by bank transfer against the invoice is standard for corporate stays.
Do you offer weekly or monthly rates?
Yes — long-stay rates are quoted per enquiry rather than published, because they depend on season, duration and how many apartments you need. The longer and larger the booking, the better the rate. Winter long stays get our best pricing.
How many people can you house?
Up to 14 people across four apartments at one address — each with its own kitchen, bathroom and laundry. For crews we offer the whole property under a single agreement and invoice.
Can crew members swap mid-stay?
Yes. On a company agreement the booking belongs to the company: when the rotation changes we update the guest names and door codes, and the stay continues uninterrupted.
How far is it from Ísafjörður?
About 15 minutes by car through the Bolungarvíkurgöng tunnel — an easy daily commute to sites anywhere in the northern Westfjords. The road is paved and serviced year-round.
